My name is Rubbernuke and I am building a network of communication and consensus among the independents and other forward thinking powers such as the Alliance.
Utopia seeks peaceful co-existence with Mahon, and we are in the process of producing a basic treaty of understanding. In short, it would promise a mutual non - undermining pact between us, as well as non agression between commanders.
As our powers expand, we will soon be close neighbours and we wish Utopia and the Alliance to be friends.
I am new to these boards and the Alliance in general, who would I talk to regarding the above?
